My Audi S3 had started to lag under acceleration and had general performance loss, after about a quarter of a tank of fuel with this stuff added I could feel the performance get better. It got even better by the end of the tank, so I got another one and added that. That has done even more to help performance. Also my fuel economy has doubled.

Now I am sure that my power loss was from dirty fuel injectors I am thinking whether to get a professional cleaning done.

I ran a tank of petrol with a bottle of this in it through my car (Astra G 1.6 16V) before I added some Wynns Stop Smoke to the oil.

I think this made the car run a bit more smoothly, but it seems to run differently depending on the weather some days so without actually measuring things I can only say I reckon it helped, especially as I've added the Stop Smoke stuff to the engine too.

The cap has a handy feature where you take it off and turn it over to use a foil cutter to open the foil seal.

My petrol engined golf hadn't been used too much in recent months, a few very short trips with lots of start stopping. I noticed my fuel consumption had increased and even after longer journeys I was consistently getting 4-5 mpg less than normal.

I thought i'd try this injector cleaner, costing £7 didn't expect much, but within 1/4 tank of fuel used my fuel consumption had reduced and my mpg increased back to where it should be!

The cleaner definitely works and within a tank of fuel the cleaner has payed for itself!

Use this regularly for our older cars. My wife's 2001, 80k mile, Shogun, GDI 3.5 and my 82k mile Jaguar X-type 3.0 petrol 2003. The former does dozens of short trips each week on a care round so the engine is prone to clogging up at fuel intake (recently cleaned). My Jag does longer trips and after adding this stuff and using proper high grade fuel it runs like a new car floating along the motorway and other roads. Eliminated all traces of a misfire I had on purchase, and mpg shot up (albeit it is low). I cannot prove this is the only reason for improvement but older injection cars do need something every few months. Make sure you follow instructions and have at least 20 litres of petrol in the tank first and not let the seal into the tank! or the cleaner effect is wasted.

Fuel economy improved marginally but at less than £6 a bottle its worth running this through the system twice a year to preserve the condition of your fuel injectors which are costly to replace. Even a tiny increase in fuel consumption pays for this very quickly.

Depends why you use this. I had problem with a mucky injector at first turn on each day... put in three bottles of this and it had no effect whatsoever. It you have injector problems this is unlikely to help. Might have slight benefit in cleaning injectors if they are already working fine... but not sure how you'd know. I don't know if it has any value but it didn't make any difference for me.

I had originally mis-diagnosed an issue with my car believing it was injector related. This of course was not solved by this product, however it certainly left it with a better throttle response and a slight increase of mpg over time. The car hasn't done that many miles so I would expect an even better effect on a car a little later in it's life. Good product and I'll more than likely put another can through the system in a few months to ensure it continues to run at its best.

I've got an old car so every 6 months or so I usually pop one of these in, definitely hear my car purring a lot more. Seem to get more mileage out of it too. Good for emissions and cleans the CAT. Good pre-MOT item ;)

You will notice improvements. Used in an 04 Fiesta with 120k. Still drives very well for age and milage. Think it is down to constant maintenance by his owner. Use this every 3/6 months.

I use this injector cleaner before filling the gas tank. My car feels way more powerful for a few days, then goes back to normal.
